IDEE ORIGINALE RESTAURANT HOTEL BIBLIOTHEQUE resto branche et po cher
« Vous arrêtez de servir à quelle heure ? Sandrine qui sert pastis, casa, demi-violette , café kényan ou thé à la bergamote noire ainsi que la presse du jour aux jeunes et moins jeunes du village, répond que c’est « no limit »… Un vrai troquet de village donc, repris par elle (au comptoir) et son mari (en cuisine), baptisé Biblioteca en l’honneur d’un généreux donateur natif de Saint-Pierre, qui a eu la bonne idée de léguer des centaines d’ouvrages en français et en occitan (histoire locale, cuisine, rugby…).Aujourdhui c’est plus de 5000 bouquins mis à disposition.Tout en proposant une connection web. Outre ces visées spirituelles, les nourritures terrestres ont aussi la part belle comme la soupe de poisson de roche ou le dessert faisselle aux fruit rouges qui est proposé dans le menu 8 euros pour les enfants. Le village lui non plus ne manque pas d’atouts avec sa base de loisirs ouverte l’été et sa forêt somptueuse avec un plan d’eau au bout du sentier.Moi qui suit habitué au stress de la vie toulousaine je reviendrais sans doute me ressourcer dans le Tarn à Saint Pierre de Trivisy.
