This beautiful rug is handmade by the local Berber women in their house in the Atlas Mountain in a big region in the middle of Morocco.
this boucherouite has a story for the family they made it. it was during 90's in a small village called 'assounfou ' in the region of Azrou, it means to relax or take a rest, the Berber women who were working on this boucherouite rug as you see they use a variable pattern of colors, they are very talented.
